- The station will distribute the items supplied to guests attending the Nexus Lounge with the items supplied being placed inside our VIP Gift Bags or VIP Gifting Table.
- The station will provide photos of the event and of the VIP Gift Bags and or VIP Gifting Table, however those photos are not guaranteed to showcase products provided.
- Any and all items provided will not be resold or redistributed.
- If there are any remaining products over the quality of 25 (twenty-five), the station will contact the sponsor to choose the best alternative distribution or return of the items.
